❓ How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and e-wallets.

📦 Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship across the Philippines via J&T.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.

⏳ How long does delivery take?
Since we use J&T for shipping, delivery time varies depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 7 days.

🚀 Can I get same-day delivery?
Our standard shipping takes at least two working days, but if you're within Metro Manila, we can arrange door-to-door delivery via Grab or Lalamove during office hours at the buyer’s expense.

🔧 Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All our products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
