Roll-top packs are lightweight and very simple backpacks. Similar to dry-bags, you can compress the unneeded excess fabric on top when you close it, thus making your packing less bulky.
They
have a large top opening, so you can easily just load it up with your stuff. Getting your stuff in and out of the pack can be achieved without much effort.
